1. Operator and acceptance
IPTVUSA.watch is operated as a sole proprietorship by Steven Hokin.P. In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of IPTVUSA.watch.
By accessing the website or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the website. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the service.

2. Service description and licensing
IPTVUSA.watch offers subscription-based access to television channels and audiovisual content delivered through a third-party service. The operator states that distribution agreements are in place; the actual content, territories, term, and scope of those agreements must cover the service offered to each subscriber. Content availability may vary by location, device compatibility, subscription, provider availability, and licensing restrictions.
A subscription does not transfer ownership of any program or grant permission to copy, rebroadcast, redistribute, record, or commercially exploit content beyond rights expressly granted by the applicable rights holder.
Apps/players identified by the operator: TiviMate, IBO Player, ABEPlayerTV, BOBPLAYER, MACPLAYER, VIRGINIA, AllPlayer, HUSHPLAY, KTNPLAYER, FAMILYPLAYER, IBOSSPLAYER, KING4KPLAYER, IBOSTB, IBOXXPLAYER, DUPLEX, BOBPRO, BOBPREMIUM, IBOSOLPlayer, FLIXNET, and SMARTONEPRO. These names are listed as apps/players, not as confirmation that any one of them is the licensed content distributor.
3. Monthly subscription and recurring billing
Stated subscription price: 10 per month.
Before you purchase, the checkout page must clearly disclose the currency, total amount, billing frequency, automatic-renewal terms, applicable taxes or fees, any trial or promotional terms, and how to cancel. Subscriptions renew monthly only where automatic renewal is clearly disclosed and affirmatively authorized at checkout.
By purchasing an automatically renewing subscription, you authorize the recurring charges disclosed at checkout until cancellation becomes effective. Price changes will be communicated and handled as required by applicable law and the terms of purchase. We will retain appropriate evidence of consent as required by law.
Payments: Stripe is identified as the payment processor. Payment methods mentioned by the operator include Apple Pay, Klarna, and Visa; the methods actually available are those shown at checkout. Do not assume every method is supported for every transaction.
4. Cancellation
You may request cancellation by emailing support@iptvusa.watch. Include the account email or sufficient details to identify the subscription, but do not send full payment-card numbers or security codes.
Cancellation takes effect when processed, subject to applicable law and the disclosed subscription terms. The operator should confirm the effective date and whether any further renewal is scheduled. Contact support before the next renewal date to allow time for processing.
Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund a payment already processed.
5. Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed individually, subject to applicable law and the Refund Policy. No general voluntary refund period is promised unless expressly stated at checkout or in the Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms removes a mandatory statutory refund, withdrawal, or other consumer right.
6. Devices, internet access, and availability
You are responsible for compatible equipment and an adequate internet connection. Streaming quality may depend on your network, device, location, and third-party provider. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or availability of every channel at every time.
Content may change or be discontinued because of licensing restrictions, provider changes, legal requirements, security issues, or operational needs. Where a material change affects a paid subscription, we will provide any remedy required by law or the purchase terms.
7. Acceptable use
You must not redistribute, resell, or rebroadcast content without authorization; circumvent access controls; interfere with service security; use stolen payment information; access another person's account without permission; or infringe intellectual-property rights or violate applicable law. We may restrict or terminate access for material violations, fraud, nonpayment, or security threats, subject to applicable law.
8. Intellectual property
Original website materials and branding are owned by the operator or used with authorization. Third-party trademarks, channels, programs, films, broadcasts, and player names remain subject to their respective rights. No ownership of third-party content is transferred to subscribers.
9. Privacy
Personal-information practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers and liability
We do not guarantee that the service will be continuously available, error-free, or compatible with every device or network. Any limitation of liability must be reviewed for enforceability under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are subject to the laws of the United States, together with any mandatory laws and consumer protections that apply to the transaction. Nothing in this clause removes a right to bring proceedings in a court where that right cannot legally be waived.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect service or legal changes. The current version and effective date will appear on this page.
