1. Copyright and authorized content

IPTVUSA.watch is operated by Steven Hokin.P. The operator states that distribution agreements are in place and intends to offer content only where the necessary distribution rights or authorization exist. The scope, territories, duration, and conditions of those agreements must cover all content actually offered. We do not claim ownership of third-party programs, channels, broadcasts, films, or trademarks unless expressly stated.

2. Copyright complaints

If you believe content accessible through IPTVUSA.watch infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to represent, contact support@iptvusa.watch. Identify the material and provide enough information for us to locate it. For a notice intended to qualify under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), include the information required by applicable law, including:

We will respond in accordance with applicable law and contractual obligations.

4. Counter-notifications

Where the DMCA counter-notification process applies, an affected party may submit a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
