Refund Policy

1. General policy

IPTVUSA.watch reviews refund requests individually, subject to applicable law and the terms presented at checkout. This policy does not promise automatic refunds or a fixed voluntary refund window.

2. Requesting a refund

Email support@iptvusa.watch from the email associated with your subscription, or include enough information for us to identify the transaction. Include the order/transaction reference and a short explanation. Do not send full payment-card numbers or security codes.

We may ask for reasonable additional information to investigate a request. Refund decisions will consider the circumstances, service status, transaction details, any applicable checkout terms, and applicable law.

3. Legal rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any refund, withdrawal, chargeback, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If applicable law requires a refund or other remedy, that requirement takes precedence over this discretionary policy.

4. Cancellation is separate from refunds

You can request cancellation of a recurring subscription by emailing support@iptvusa.watch. Cancellation stops future renewals when processed, subject to applicable law and disclosed subscription terms; it does not automatically refund a payment already processed.

5. Processing and payment method

Stripe is identified as the payment processor; payment methods mentioned by the operator include Apple Pay, Klarna, and Visa, depending on what is available at checkout. If a refund is approved, the method and timing may depend on the payment provider, original payment method, and applicable law.
